Platform Role Predi.org (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") is a user-autonomous prediction market platform centered on social entertainment. All prediction topics, rules, and content are independently initiated, defined, and managed by users. The Platform solely provides technical support and information services, without involvement in the substantive content or outcome determination of any prediction activities (assistance is provided only when users submit appeals through DAO governance mechanisms).
Non-Financial & Non-Gambling Attributes The Platform expressly declares:

Non-Financial Product: No financial investment, trading, or derivative functionalities are involved. The use of the Platform for fundraising, securitization, or price speculation is strictly prohibited.
Non-Gambling Platform: Any form of gambling or betting activities, including but not limited to predictions based on purely probabilistic events (e.g., lottery numbers, dice points), is strictly forbidden.
Core Value: Facilitates social interaction and knowledge-sharing through entertaining, lifestyle-oriented prediction scenarios (e.g., pop culture events, award trends).

User-Generated Content Users are fully responsible for the prediction topics and rules they initiate, ensuring compliance with the following requirements:

Legality: Content must not violate applicable laws or regulations, nor involve politically sensitive, violent, pornographic, or other illegal material.
Non-Gambling Nature: Prediction subjects must be verifiable (e.g., sports outcomes, cultural award results), and predictions based on random probability events are prohibited.

Prohibited Activities Users shall not engage in the following activities on the Platform:

Direct or indirect gambling or betting;
Manipulating prediction outcomes, spreading false information, or committing fraud;
Posting content related to financial speculation or high-risk investments. Violation Handling: The Platform reserves the right to immediately remove non-compliant prediction products and pursue legal actions.

Scope of Liability The Platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect liabilities arising from User conduct, including but not limited to:

Disputes or losses caused by user-initiated prediction content;
Illegal activities conducted by third parties utilizing the Platform’s functionalities.

Risk Disclosure Participation in prediction activities is entirely voluntary. Users must acknowledge the following risks:

Prediction outcomes may deviate from actual events;
Excessive participation may impact personal time management and social relationships.
